About These Terms And Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" means Dan’s NRL Collectables ABN 94 344 803 245 of PO Box 974 Narellan NSW 2567 Australia, and "you" means you the customer. "Product" means any goods purchased through www.dansnrlcollectables.com
Placing Your Order
You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the Dansnrlcollectables Web Site and clicking the "send order" button. By placing an Order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. Globe Charge reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Payment Methods And Processing
Dan’s NRL Collectables currently accepts PayPal, Visa, Money Order, Bank Transfer and Cheque.
Globe Charge is used to securely accept orders and payments over internet. Globe Charge then uses Paypal to prove payment and visa card payments. Payment cannot be processed until your personal details have been entered.
Payment made via Paypal and Visa will be processed on the same day of your order. We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Send Order" button.
Where you pay by Money Order, Cheque and Bank Transfer you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 5 working days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. Payment made via Bank Transfer, Money Order and Cheque will be process after funds have been cleared.
Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase.
Please Note:
- We are unable to accept credit cards via telephone.
- You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks
All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products purchased on the Dan’s NRL Collectables website include GST, where applicable.
Prices
Dan’s NRL Collectables always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices.
Dan’s NRL Collectables reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Dan’s NRL Collectables at any time before you place an Order. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Dan’s NRL Collectables product shipping costs are shown separately on the product page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your basket.
Shipping is calculated by the weight of the products and delivery method, registered, regular or express. Australia Post is our main delivery service.
Delivery Of Your Products
Delivery time takes up to 7 working days from the date your payment is received. Items are usually shipped the following day after we have received the payment.
If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us via phone or email.
We encourage you to use registered post for the total price of purchase above $50.00. However, this is not limited to any purchase less that the amount mentioned.
We will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation, Shipping Address.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you as soon as possible, however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
Consumer Guarantees
Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those guarantees.

If a Product has a minor defect, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. If a Product has a major defect, you are entitled to:
- reject the goods and receive a refund
- reject the goods and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available
- keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.
Returning a Product if You Change Your Mind
Dan’s NRL Collectables products only
We accept return or refund within reasonable circumstances. However, the goods have to be in the same condition as it is before leaving our shop.
We will not accept a return if you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice.
The refund will only be on the purchase price, not the total with delivery cost.
The refund will be made via Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer and cash in some situation.
Consumer guarantees (see above) apply to all products.
Our Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
Your Data - Use And Protection
By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order. If you so indicate on the appropriate section of your Order Form, by placing your Order you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Dan’s NRL Collectables Products that may be of interest to you. If you do not agree to our using such data in order to provide you with information on other Dan’s NRL Collectables Products, you should indicate your non-agreement on the appropriate section of your Order Form. We will not pass your information to other company or other use outside Dan’s NRL Collectables.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
General
You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Dan’s NRL Collectables. Any unauthorised assignment shall be deemed null and void. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.
Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.
Dan’s NRL Collectables reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.
Shipping Rates
Australia Post is used for the delivery of most products purchased at Dan’s NRL Collectables. Postage rates are calculated by weight.
If you would like registered post or overnight, please let us know and we will change the rate accordingly
A rough guide to our weights is as follows:
1 card equals 1 gram. 1 Big League Magazine equals about 100 grams. Rugby League Week Magazines about 120 grams.
We do package our items to a high standard
Delivery Time
Goods will be packed up and sent the following day after payment is received. Auspost usually takes 2-3 working days for delivery within Australia, however this may take longer depending on delivery location
